The T30 Pro Combo’s extending sweeping arm genuinely reaches wall edges and corners that most flagships miss, and the 58°C hot-water mop wash handles greasy kitchens better than cold-water docks. It is not the most powerful vacuum on paper, and the app’s habit of pushing promotions will test your patience. For most homes, the trade-offs are worth it — if you catch a price near its street floor.
What the T30 Pro Combo Actually Is
This is a self-emptying, self-mopping robot dock combo. The robot docks, empties its dust bin, washes its mop pads with 58°C hot water, dries them, and refills its own water tank. The headline feature is the extending mechanical arm (Ecovacs calls it TruEdge): at corners and along walls, a small arm swings out to push the side brush right up against the edge — the exact spots where round robots normally leave a strip of dirt.
Beyond that, it carries laser-based navigation, a ZeroTangle anti-tangle brush design for pet hair, and a mop-lift system so the pads clear carpets. It is a lot of hardware for the money when it is on sale.
